No. Sending an enquiry and receiving a proposed route and quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Payment only matters once you are happy with the plan.

Because every itinerary is tailor-made. The same route costs very differently depending on dates, group size, accommodation level and permits. A published “from” price would tell you almost nothing useful.

Permits are limited and issued per person, per family, per day, so they are the first thing we lock down once you confirm. In peak season the permits, not the lodges, are usually the constraint.

Approximate dates, how many days you have, how many people are travelling, which countries or wildlife you care most about, and any budget range. Mobility and dietary needs are worth mentioning early.

We do not sell international flights, but we will tell you which airport to fly into and advise on the East Africa Tourist Visa where it applies. Airport transfers are part of what we arrange.
