Before you book
For gorilla trekking, as early as you can — permits are limited daily and peak months sell out well ahead. For general wildlife safaris a few months is usually comfortable. If your dates are close, contact us anyway; we will tell you honestly what is still available.
Yes — this is one of the main reasons travellers come to us. We operate across Uganda, Rwanda, Congo, Kenya and Tanzania, so border crossings, permits and transfers stay with a single operator.
Packages typically cover park entrance fees, permits where relevant, transport in a safari vehicle, your guide, and accommodation at the level you choose. International flights, visas, travel insurance and personal spending are normally excluded. Every quote lists inclusions and exclusions in plain language.
Yes. Pacing, drive lengths and activity choices are all adjustable. Some activities have minimum age limits set by the parks — gorilla trekking in particular — and we will flag those before you commit.
